As an Artist and Photographer, I enjoy traveling on occasions, meeting positive people and trying new foods. I'm a native of Florida who's naturally drawn to it's beautiful birds of prey and outdoor settings. For many years I painted in oils, however, due to an onset of allergies I was motivated to experiment with a different medium. This was a great opportunity to make progress because it continues to force me to give more attention to technical execution.

My passion for art and life seem to come together naturally. I've long admired the technique of Dutch painters. Although I built an early career around graphics design, I feel it has taught me discipline in the ever evolving art field. In addition, since changing my career as a graphic artist in 1999, I�ve been able to give more attention to my art. I've loved art as far back as I can remember. When I was in high school, I remember making sketches of a fellow student who seemed to always fall asleep in foreign language class. I soon began selling my pastel drawings to teachers, which encouraged me to continue working on my art. Drawing is a basic yet dynamic form of self expression.

I've enjoyed teaching at local community centers and held adult workshops on the �The basics of Oil Painting�.
